LABOUR PACKAGE

This package is for you if you’ve already had a baby and have postpartum support. You only want your doula to attend your birth.

    • 1 hour meeting to review birth preferences, intake form, and contract

    • 24/7 on-call support starting at 38 weeks

    • unlimited talk/text/email support through on-call period for you and your partner

    • continuous labour support at your birth

    • up to 3 hours of support immediately after birth

PREMIUM PACKAGE

This package is for you if you want full personalized prenatal education, a doula for your birth, and extended postpartum help.

    • 2 prenatal education sessions (4-6 hours)

    • 24/7 on-call support starting at 38 weeks

    • unlimited talk/text/email support through on-call period for you and your partner

    • continuous labour support at your birth

    • up to 3 hours of support immediately after birth

    • 1 postpartum visit (4 hours)

  • $1000-$1250 (choose what fits your budget)

    • Continuous labour support at your birth (I usually meet you at your house in early labour to provide support and help to determine when to leave to go to the birth centre/hospital or stay for a home birth)

    • 3 hours of support immediately after baby is born to help initiate feeding and get settled

  • Visit at your home after baby's arrival, within the first two weeks

    • Emotional and information support (debrief your birth, connect you with resources, provide a listening ear)

    • Feeding information, assistance, and support (chest feeding or formula feeding)

    • Baby care support (bathing, diapering, laundry)

    • Meal prep

    • Light house work (sweeping, dishes, laundry, pet care)

    • Talk and text during postpartum (for 6 weeks after baby is born)

    • Access to a baby carrier lending library

    • Organizing a meal train for you

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

TALK & TEXT PACKAGE

This package is for you if you don’t want full doula services, but you want to call or text an evidence-informed, non-judgemental birth professional.

    • Available from morning until evening, I will answer your questions within one day.

    • Book this service in pregnancy, postpartum, or both.

    • With a master’s in public health and a certification as a birth and postpartum doula, I have the skills to take complex information and make it easy to understand.

  • $100 per month
